On 20 March 2024, the National Maritime Foundation had the privilege of welcoming Mr Nicolai Ruge (Chief Representative, Maritime Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark), Ms Anne Sofie Schøtt (Assistant Professor, Royal Danish Defence College), and their delegation.
Vice Admiral Pradeep Chauhan, Director-General, NMF, delivered an insightful presentation on India’s maritime outlook in the Indian Ocean Region and the broader Indo-Pacific.
The presentation was followed by dynamic discussions on enhancing India–Denmark maritime cooperation and exploring new avenues beyond the existing Green Strategic Partnership.
