Rear Admiral K Raja Menon (Retd)
A submarine specialist and former Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Operations), Rear Admiral Menon has made enduring contributions to Indian maritime strategy, nuclear thought, net assessment and professional military education.
Commodore C Uday Bhaskar (Retd)
A veteran naval officer and prominent strategic-affairs scholar, Commodore Bhaskar has held senior leadership roles in India’s strategic community and served as Director of the National Maritime Foundation from July 2009 to July 2011.
