The National Maritime Foundation (NMF) recently held an interaction with senior representatives from the Pacific Forum, focusing on key issues related to Indo-Pacific security, strategic communications, and the evolving India–US defence and maritime partnership.
Vice Admiral Pradeep Chauhan, AVSM & Bar, VSM (Retd), Director-General, NMF, along with Ms Anuttama Banerji, Research Associate, NMF, engaged in a constructive exchange with Mr Robert York, Director – Regional Affairs, Pacific Forum; Mr Andrew Gordan, US–India Visiting Fellow, Pacific Forum; and Ms Sakshi Shri, Incoming Visiting Fellow.
The discussions underscored the importance of sustained dialogue and institutional engagement in further strengthening the India–US bilateral defence partnership and advancing shared strategic objectives in the Indo-Pacific region.
