Cmde Debesh Lahiri at the UNODC GMCP and SL Navy Workshop on Charting Unruly Waters: Enhancing Maritime Domain Awareness in the Indian Ocean Region

Cmde Debesh Lahiri, Retd., Senior Fellow and the Executive Editor of ‘Maritime Affairs’, NMF, represented the Foundation and was a Speaker/Panelist at the UNODC GMCP and SL Navy organised 2-day workshop on “Charting Unruly Waters: Enhancing Maritime Domain Awareness in the Indian Ocean Region” being held at Colombo, Sri Lanka. His presentation was well-received.
