NMF Hosts Expert Lecture on Maritime Legal Perspectives by Dr Nguyen Ba Cuong

Dr Nguyen Ba Cuong, Director and Managing Partner of SRISI, delivered a distinguished presentation at the National Maritime Foundation (NMF) titled “From Reefs to Islands: Legal Positions and State Practice.” The lecture examined key legal perspectives and state practices related to maritime features, contributing to informed discourse on contemporary maritime law and governance.
