Bio - Profile
Mr Chemi Rigzin presently holds the position of Research Associate at the National Maritime Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Delhi and has furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining both a Master’s and M. Phil in Geography from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics under the aegis of Delhi University. Currently, Mr. Rigzin is actively engaged in pursuing his doctoral studies in Geography within the same esteemed department at Delhi University. He focuses on critical areas such as PLA Naval Modernisation, Port Construction and Facilities, as well as the broader domains of Shipping and Maritime Connectivity pertaining to China.
