The #NationalMaritimeFoundation was proud to host a high-level #delegation comprising Dr Andrew Byers, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for #SouthAndSoutheastAsia, Mr John “Jay” Wise (South Asia Director), and Mr Jonathan Mangrum, South Asia Policy Advisor, Office of the Secretary of Defense, among other officials.
The #NMF delegation was led by Admiral Karambir Singh, Chairman, NMF, VAdm Pradeep Chauhan (Director-General), Cmde Manish Sinha (Executive Director), Capt YP Sharma (Deputy Director), and senior fellows-Capt Kamlesh K Agnihotri (Retd), Capt Bharat Deep Gaur (Retd), Capt KS Vikramaditya, Capt Ranendra S Sawan, and Ms Anuttama Banerji (Research Associate, NMF).
VAdm Pradeep Chauhan made a detailed presentation on #IndianMaritimeImperatives and their growing relevance for the #UnitedStates. 🇮🇳🇺🇸 This was followed by candid and constructive deliberations on the #burgeoning #IndiaUSMaritimePartnership, including the #Quad, #IPMDA, and #jointdefencecollaboration among other areas of mutual convergence
