The National Maritime Foundation was honoured to welcome the delegation from the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI). The esteemed delegation—comprising Dr Marc Julienne (Director), Ms Céline Pajon, Mr John Seaman, Ms Sylvia Malinbaum, and Ms Isabelle Saint-Mézard—was briefed by Vice Admiral Pradeep Chauhan (Director General, NMF) on India’s maritime imperatives and the growing synergies with France.

The presentation was followed by a dynamic and thought-provoking discussion led by Commodore Manish Sinha (Executive Director, NMF), alongside Senior Fellows Capt KK Agnihotri (Retd), Capt KS Vikramaditya, Capt Bharat Deep Gaur (Retd), and Capt RS Sawan.
