Rear Admiral RS Dhaliwal, NM, delivered the Professional Education Lecture (PEL) on “Strategic Toolkit for Resource Mobilisation (SToRM) for Prolonged Conflict: A Maritime Perspective” at the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), New Delhi, on Friday, 26 April 2024.  The session was chaired by the Director-General of the NMF, Vice Admiral Pradeep Chauhan, AVSM & Bar, VSM, IN (Retd), who delivered the opening remarks.  At the close of the session, Commodore Manish Sinha, Executive Director, NMF, delivered the vote of thanks and presented RAdm RS Dhaliwal with a token of appreciation for his highly informative and thought-provoking presentation.
