On Tuesday, 27 February 2024, Cmde Debesh Lahiri, the Executive Director of the National Maritime Foundation, represented the Foundation at the World Ocean Science Congress in Chennai.  He served as the lead speaker for Ocean Observations, Processes, and Modelling, delivering a well-received talk.
