The NMF is pleased to announce that Captain Ranendra Singh Sawan, Senior Fellow at the NMF, has been awarded the second prize for his essay on ‘Preservation of Fisheries Resources: A Case for Regional Cooperation’ in the IONS Essay Competition 2022. This competition was conducted by the French Navy, the chair of the IONS during 2022, and the results were declared at the 8th IONS Conclave of Chiefs in Bangkok, hosted by the Royal Thai Navy from 19-22 December 2023.
