Two internship variants. One research environment. Select a programme to see the commitment involved.
Intensive immersion.
Conducted entirely in physical format at the NMF's premises in New Delhi. Interns are required to be present on all working days for the complete duration of the programme.
Deeper research exposure.
A six-month physical internship at the NMF in New Delhi. Subject entirely to performance as assessed by the Foundation, a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 may be provided for three months, commencing January 2027.
Weeks of structured thinking.
The initial twelve weeks centre on a compulsory teaching capsule built around daily interactive presentations and scenario-based case studies.

valued contributors
The dress code is not optional.
The NMF maintains a strict professional dress code. Professional attire, grooming, and presentation form part of the institutional standard expected throughout the internship.
Closed formal shoes, socks, formal trousers or slacks, a full-sleeved shirt, and a necktie or cravat. Hair and facial hair must be neat and well groomed.
Formal professional office attire, including suitable sarees, formal kurtas and lowers, formal trousers or slacks with shirts or blouses, and appropriate formal footwear.
Jeans, casual T-shirts, short or sleeveless tops, transparent or revealing attire, casual footwear, slippers, and sports shoes are not permitted.
This programme asks for real commitment.

The Autumn-2026 programme is conducted entirely at the NMF's premises in New Delhi.
A maximum of three working days of leave may be considered. Consecutive working-day leave is not permitted.
Candidates simultaneously pursuing internships at other organisations are not eligible for this programme.
Institutional material, discussions, draft work, and internal information must be handled responsibly and confidentially.
The NMF is not in a position to provide boarding, lodging, or transportation to interns.
