- Officiated as the Military Adviser at the NSCS for eight months during this period.
- Was part of the team for drawing up India’s Arctic Policy. Designated as the point person for all inter-ministerial coordination on Arctic issues. Presented India’s Arctic policy to a large international audience at the Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavik.
