Experience
Commander Anand Kumar is an alumnus of Naval Academy, Goa. He was commissioned into the Navy on 01 Jul 98. He specialises in Anti-Submarine Warfare and is a graduate of prestigious Defence Services Staff College. He has served onboard many Indian Navy frontline ships. He is presently appointed as a Research fellow at National Maritime Foundation, New Delhi.
Education
- The officer, has undergone ‘Operation Analysis and Operations Research (OA & OR) course from prestigious institute, IIT Delhi.
- The Officer was selected to undergo one month course in International Law of Military Operations and Maritime Law (I-LOMO) at Defence Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS), United States of America.
- Diploma in International Maritime Law from Gujarat National Law University.
