Experience

  • Prior to working at the NMF, Chitali Kohli assumed the role of a Research
    Intern at various think tanks, including the Observer Research Foundation, the
    Defence Research and Studies, the Association of Asia Scholars, the Kootneeti and the National Maritime Foundation.
  •  She also worked with Greenpeace India during the years 2017-2021. In
    addition, she interned with the M/o Human Resource and Development under
    the Summer Internship programme.
  • She was awarded the Pathfinder Award 2018 for her Media Constructed
    Humour Among Youth research project.

  • She presented a paper titled “The Changing Economic Imperatives in the Indo-
    Pacific Region” on the National Maritime Day, organized by Praghna Research
    Centre, Kochi.
  • She presented a paper titled “A paradigm shift in India’s Southeast Asia Policy:
    Convergences and Divergences” at the International Conference organized by
    the Association of Asia Scholars in collaboration with the M/o External
    Affairs.
