Workshop on Contemporary Challenges in International Maritime Law
The National Maritime Foundation in its inaugural dialogue with the Stockton Centre For International Law, US Naval War College, (SCIL) organised a workshop on Contemporary International Maritime Law on 7thJanuary 2020 in New Delhi, India. The key discussants included delegates from the SCIL , CNA and the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force. The day-long workshop consisted of three professional sessions that discussed a broad range of issues in International Maritime Law.
Session 1 – Legal Regimes at Sea in Peacetime and during Armed Conflict
Session 2 – The Gray Zone in International Maritime Law
Session 3 – Legal Aspects of Autonomous Maritime Craft
